Dear Robert,      I received your letter talking about your loss. Loosing family member is never easy and usually it comes out of nowhere and as a shock. What is important to remember, is that we all will die someday and it can happen any time. It is out of your hands and there is nothing you could have done. The best way to mourn someone is to remember all of the moments you shared and the best time you had. You hold on to those moments and that is that best way to remember someone and hold them in your heart. You do not need some jewellery or tattoo,as long as you have your memories,they will always life in your heart although if you want to remember them in some special way it is always nice and depends if you want to do that. Dear Anna,    Hey,how are you?I know,I know it has been a long time and I am sorry but here I am.
