Dear Robert (from the life of...)
Dear Robert,
I received your letter talking about your loss. Loosing family member is never easy and usually it comes out of nowhere and as a shock. What is important to remember, is that we all will die someday and it can happen any time. It is out of your hands and there is nothing you could have done. The best way to mourn someone is to remember all of the moments you shared and the best time you had. You hold on to those moments and that is that best way to remember someone and hold them in your heart. You do not need some jewellery or tattoo,as long as you have your memories, they will always life in your heart although if you want to remember them in some special way it is always nice and depends if you want to do that. It is important to remember that nothing lasts forever and we all go sooner or later,as I have mentioned what you can do is just remember the best moments you had and hold on to them, cherish them and never let them go to let the memory of the person passed stay with you. In this awful time it helps to surround yourself with loved ones and friends. They will always be there for you and happy to help with anything you need. They will keep your mind off, help you stay positive and will be there for you.
Feeling variety of emotions at this point is natural just don't let them take hold and drown you, overwhelm you. At some point you will have to let go but do let yourself grieve and let your emotions go.I understand it is a difficult time but remember, feeling sad and even angry is natural but with time, these feelings will pass.Don't hold on to them, they are not who you are.It is important to hold on to what matters, people around you and who are here for you and the memories of those who passed. They would want you being happy, enjoying your life. They would want you to move on and remember the moments you had together.
I truly and wholeheartedly wish you all the best, let your emotions out, grieve but don't let them take hold of your whole life. Talk with your friends and family, let them know how you feel and they will always be there for you and of course, remember those who passed because memories,is all you have left and it is the best way to keep our loved ones alive in our hearts.
Faithfully Yours,
Stacy
